At PlayDrama, we value your freedom of choice — including the right to close your account at any time. This
guide explains how the deletion process works and what to expect.
1. Before You Proceed
Before requesting deletion, please make sure:
You have no active subscriptions, unpaid balances, or pending refunds.
There are no ongoing disputes, investigations, or unresolved issues linked to your account.
You’ve backed up any personal information or purchase details you wish to keep.
2. What Deletion Means
Deleting your PlayDrama account is a permanent and irreversible action.
Once processed:
Your profile, watch history, favourites, and all stored data will be permanently removed from our servers.
You will immediately lose access to all personalized features and in-app content.
If you return to PlayDrama in the future, a new account will need to be created from scratch.
3. Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are completed within 15 business days.
All related data is erased permanently once the process is finalized.
4. Possible Exceptions
We may delay or deny account deletion in rare cases — for example:
When the account is part of an active fraud, billing, or legal investigation.
When specific data must be retained to comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or security
requirements.
These measures help protect both user interests and the integrity of the PlayDrama platform.
5. How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion in either of the following ways:
• Within the app: go to Profile → Settings → Logout → Delete Account and follow the
prompts.
When specific data must be retained to comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or security
requirements.
These measures help protect both user interests and the integrity of the PlayDrama platform.
Or, email our support team directly at contact@playdrama.net with your deletion request.
For your protection, we may ask for identity verification before proceeding.
6. Additional Information
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel or void previous commitments, such as payments made or ongoing
account-related obligations.
PlayDrama remains committed to transparency, user privacy, and secure data handling.
