Within this protocol, "Deletion" is characterized as the permanent and irreversible removal of your personal identity information and your user history from our live production databases.
Once the deletion procedure is finalized, your login credentials will be rendered invalid immediately. You will forfeit the ability to access any premium tools, your viewing history, or your personalized account configurations.
Deleting your account results in the absolute surrender of all unspent Coins, any remaining Bonuses, and active subscription duration. These digital assets are non-recoverable and non-refundable once the account is purged.
We will permanently expunge all records concerning your behavior (such as watch logs), your profile customizations, and any social media connections from our active systems.
Even if you request deletion, PlayDrama is legally obligated to preserve specific data for a designated period.
We may retain limited, anonymized data (specifically hashes) solely to prevent banned users from fraudulently re-registering and to enforce long-term suspensions.
